Enjoy feast, help the county museum

Nov 20 2009

The Island County Historical Museum is hosting their annual Holiday Feast at the historic Captain Whidbey Inn Tuesday, Dec. 15, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. The inn’s Ship of Fools Restaurant is preparing a special gourmet menu for the feast, with proceeds from the dinner going to benefit museum programming and operations.

All are invited to attend. A fine selection of wines and beer will be available at the no-host bar. Traditional holiday music by Bev Heising and Vern Olsen, as well as fun and surprises are in store. Tickets are $100 per plate.

To RSVP call 678-3310 or stop by the museum. Museum hours are daily, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.; closed Thanksgiving Day. The museum is located at 908 NW Alexander St., Coupeville.
