Bayshore teams up with hospital

Whidbey General Hospital and Bayshore Chiropractic are teaming up to promote community wellness by offering low-cost Cholesterol/ Triglyceride/ Blood Sugar screenings on Wednesday, July 15.

The cost is $50, open to the public and includes: Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, Fasting Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Body Mass Index (blood sample is obtained from a finger stick and lab results are ready in 10 minutes ). A detailed education class discusses lab results, cardiac risk factors and preventative actions to take.
