TRAFFIC ADVISORY | Tour de Engineers coming to Whidbey

The Redmond Cycling Club and GeoSciences Inc. are planning a Tour de Engineers bike ride on Saturday, May 9.

The ride will start in Clinton at 10 a.m., then proceed to Greenbank Farm via Deer Lake, Campbell Road, Maxwelton Road, Bayview Road, Newman Road, Bush Point Road and Smugglers Cove Road.

The return trip to the Clinton ferry dock will be via Bakken, Christensen, South Old County, East Larson, South Resort, Honeymoon Bay, Newman, Bayview, Brooks Hill, Langley, Sandy Point, Wilkinson, and Bob Galbraith Roads. The ride should end by 3 p.m. Organizer Terry Horton said drivers should be cautious with so many bikes on the road.
