Letter to the Editor: Styrofoam floats pollute beaches

Jul 13 2010

Please don’t use styrofoam for flotation. This is what it is doing to our beaches. This picture is of my beach in the 24100 block of Vashon Highway S.W. Please check your flotation, and if you are using styrofoam, will you please replace it with something that doesn’t get pulverized and grow all kinds of germs inside?
