According to SFGate.com, marijuana charges against Lincecum will be dropped after he made a deal with Clark County prosecutors.
Lincecum must pay a $250 fine for the possession and a $122 fine for speeding.
Grant Hansen, a prosecuting attorney for the county, made sure to point out that this deal is not due to Lincecum's celebrity status.

San Francisco Giants pitcher Tim Lincecum is facing misdemeanor marijuana charges after a traffic stop in Hazel Dell, Wash.
Lincecum attended Liberty High School and won a state title with the baseball team in 2003.
According to an Associated Press report Lincecum was pulled over for speeding in Interstate 5 four miles north of the Oregon border on Oct. 30.
When an officer approached Lincecum's Mercedes, he smelled marijuana as Lincecum rolled down the window. Washington State Patrol spokesman Steve Schatzel said Lincecum immediately complied with the officer and handed over the drug and a pipe.
Lincecum had 3.3 grams, an amount the police consider to be for personal use.
The Columbian in Vancouver first reported the incident.
