Members of the business community will promote Federal Way First on Saturday, Oct. 31, on the street corners as well as at the Federal Way Farmers Market at The Commons mall. Today also marks the last day of the season for the Farmers Market, which runs 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Federal Way First is a city-wide initiative for creating a strong economy based on local businesses. Local economies have the most significant impact on day-to-day life, and the majority of jobs created are by local businesses.
