SUSPICIOUS

• Police responded to an Elmont Avenue address at 5:50 a.m. Oct. 13 after learning hearing that the front door to a home was open and vehicles were in the driveway. It was determined the wind blew the door open.

MINOR TROUBLE

• Police were called to a Semanski Street address the morning of Oct. 13 where they took a youth into custody for being a minor in possession of alcohol. The subject was booked and released to a parent.

LOCKDOWN

Enumclaw Middle School went into lockdown mode the afternoon of Oct. 13 after police heard multiple subjects screaming into a cell phone that was tracked to the school campus. No contact was made with the callers and, following an investigation, the lockdown was lifted.

VANDALISM

• Police were told the afternoon of Oct. 12 of damage done to the playground area at a Warner Avenue address. A window was broken, as was a light fixture. There were no suspects.

THREATENING

• An officer responded at 11:30 p.m. Oct. 11 to a Leo Place address after hearing of someone being threatened. A suspect was arrested at the scene for violating a no-contact order.

NOT NEIGHBORLY

• An ongoing dispute between neighbors had an officer responding at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 11 to a Dickson Avenue address. One neighbor had used a vehicle to block another. After police contact the vehicle was moved, though issues remained.

PEDESTRIAN HIT

• An officer responded shortly before midnight Oct. 11 to a Davis Avenue address after hearing that a pedestrian had been struck by a vehicle. The motorist was cited for driving under the influence.

TWO ARRESTED

• Police were told Oct. 10 of someone brandishing a weapon at a Roosevelt Avenue address. Officers determined the report was unfounded but wound up arresting two people. A woman was arrested for criminal trespass and obstructing an officer and a man was arrested on the same two charges, plus false reporting.

NIGHT FIGHT

• Police were directed to a Railroad Street address shortly before 10 a.m. Oct. 10 after being told of a fight in progress. Officers contacted the three primary instigators; two were instructed to leave the scene for the night while a third was told to stay away for a year.

ANIMAL CRUELTY

• Police were dispatched to a Cedar Street residence Sunday afternoon, where a woman complained that her next door neighbor had injured her cat. A report was completed and forwarded to investigations.

STOLEN PHONES

• On the afternoon of Oct. 13, officers responded to a call of two students stealing cell phones from the gym lockers at White River Middle School. Contact was made with the suspects and school officials are still locating all the victims. The case was sent to investigations.

FOUND WEAPON

• Very early on Oct. 13, officers were dispatched to a Spiketon Road address, where the resident had come across a gun that was not his. The man told police he believed his former roommate had left it behind, adding that he was not familiar with this roommate’s name. Police took possession of the gun, checked to determine if it had been listed as stolen and placed it in the property room.
