General election candidates' forums begin Oct. 15

The League of Women Voters of the San Juans candidate forums are as scheduled:

General Election

— San Juan Island: Oct. 15, 7 p.m., Friday Harbor High School/Middle School.

— Orcas Island: Oct. 16, 7 p.m., Orcas Senior Center.

— Lopez Island: Oct. 17, 7 p.m., location TBA.

COMMENTING RULES: We encourage an open exchange of ideas in the PNWLocalNews.com community, but we ask you to follow our guidelines for respecting community standards. In a nutshell, don't say anything you wouldn't want your mother to read.
