Thursday night vote shows that Linde wins judicial race, Fralick and Kayl top vote-getters in Orcas West Council race

As of 6 p.m. Aug. 21, the San Juan County Elections Office released the results of the Aug. 19, 2008.

At that time, there were 300 ballots left to count.
