Strawberry Festival debuts 'Kids Party in the Park' June 20

MARYSVILLE — This year's Marysville Strawberry Festival is set to include a new event, "Kids Party in the Park," at Comeford Park June 20 from noon to 6 p.m.

Kids Party in the Park will cater specifically to young people in and around the Marysville area, by offering an entertainment stage, children's activities, arts and crafts, and concessions, all for free.

All area non-profit and youth recreation organizations, as well as local businesses, are invited to submit vendor applications for Kids Party in the Park. The general booth fee for non-profit organizations is $10. The general booth fee is $50 for youth recreation organizations and $100 for local businesses. The food booth fee is $25 for non-profit organizations and $100 for local businesses.

Space is limited, so applicants are being asked to submit soon. For more information, log onto the MaryFest Web site.
