Police looking for suspect in bank robbery

MARYSVILLE – Marysville Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who robbed the U.S. Bank in the 11400 block of State Avenue at about 11 a.m. on Dec. 28.
The incident occurred when a man in his late 20s approached a teller at the branch inside the Albertson’s store and demanded money. The teller complied with the suspect, who implied that he was armed with a weapon, Marysville Police Lt. Darin Rasmussen reported. The suspect then exited the supermarket through the north main doors with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect may be associated with a dark-colored SUV. The license number of the vehicle is currently unknown.
The man is described as Caucasian, late 20s, 5’ 8” tall with a medium build. The suspect wore a dark knit ski hat and a green hooded work jacket.
