Calendar Submissions

The free community calendar is published Wednesdays on a space-available basis, and includes free and nonprofit local events and groups. Submit items at least a week in advance of publication dates to calendar@reporternewspapers.com.

Special Events

Momentums Holiday Bazaar: 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Dec. 6. Features handmade craft items, children’s activities, games, face painting, concessions and more. Santa arrives at noon. City of Kenmore Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony: 6-7 p.m. Dec. 4. Free event includes music by local choirs, holiday arts and crafts projects, cookies and hot cocoa, and photos with Santa, along with the lighting of the city’s Christmas tree. Kenmore City Hall, 6700 N.E. 181st St.

City of Bothell Winterfest: 5:30-7:30 p.m. Dec. 5. Free downtown event includes children’s hay rides, visits with Santa, and lighting of the holiday tree at 6:30 p.m. Bring camera for pictures with Santa; no professional photographers on site. Santa’s Arrival and Tree Lighting: 7 p.m. Dec. 6. All are welcome. Santa will fly in; afterward the town crier lights the giant Christmas tree.
