Kanasket-Kangley Road in Ravensdale to be closed while culvert replaced

The King County Road Services Division sent out a release concerning road work and closures to the Kanasket-Kangley Road.

The work is scheduled to begin Tuesday and last for about two weeks, though June 29.

The release noted the county will be replacing a culvert under the road.

The release stated the, "The culvert has begun to fail, and the shoulder of the roadway is starting to erode."

Traffic will be detoured to Kent-Kangley or Retreat-Kanasket roads.
