Tahoma and Kent school district levies passing

The election results for the Tahoma and Kent school districts were posted 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11, with all measures passing.

The results will be updated Monday through Friday by about 4:30 p.m., except for Monday, Feb. 17, Presidents Day.

The results will be certified Feb. 25 by the Canvassing Board.

Tahoma School District

• Proposition No. 1

Replacement of Existing Educational Programs and Operations Levy

Yes -59.06 percent - 4234 votes

No- 40.94 percent - 2935 votes

• Proposition No. 2

Replacement of Existing Capital Projects Levies

Yes - 59.87 percent - 4286 votes

No - 40.13 percent - 2873 votes

Kent School District

• Proposition No. 1

Programs and Operation Levy

Yes - 56.67 percent - 10278 votes

No - 43.33 percent - 7857 votes

• Proposition No. 2

Technology Levy

Yes - 57.94 percent - 10511 votes

No - 42.06 percent - 7629 votes
