Noise enforcement ordinance scheduled to be heard

City Council is scheduled Dec. 11 to hear the first reading of an ordinance that would amend the municipal code relating to regulation of noise. The ordinance would adopt definitions and standards for noise regulations and would adopt or amend enforcement provisions adding a new chapter entitled "Noise Enforcement."
