Pearson PTA hosts rummage sale

The Pearson Elementary School PTA is hosting a pre-holiday rummage sale extravaganza from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 21 at the school. Donations can be dropped off at the school gym from 4-6 p.m. Nov. 20. Suggested donation items include books, toys, DVDs and warm clothing. For more information or to volunteer, email Sheila Trunkey at sfagan-trunkey@nkschools.org.

Suquamish Elementary seeking mentors

Suquamish Elementary School will hold a mentor training presentation from 5-7 p.m. Nov. 18 at the school library for anyone interested in becoming a mentor. NKHS looking for grad night volunteers

The North Kitsap High School Grad Night Committee is looking for parent volunteers to help with the 2010 Senior Grad Night activities. Parents of juniors and sophomores are welcome to volunteer. The next committee meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 18 at Windermere Real Estate, 18570 Hwy 305, Poulsbo. For more information, contact Pam Taplin at (360) 620-6662 or pamt@windermere.com.
