Salazar joins Kitsap County Community Development Corporation board

The Kitsap County Community Development Corporation (KCCDC) added Kathy Salazar, owner and broker of Real Estate Connexion of Kitsap County, to its board.

She specializes in building business through relationships.

KCCDC was established by the county in 2003 to provide funding to new and expanding businesses in Kitsap County with the intent of supporting the county economy. Funding was provided by Community Development Block Grants from both the county and the city of Bremerton as well as private donations.

Loans of up to $25,000 are currently offered for small businesses throughout the county.
