Hawks defeat Eagles

The Chief Kanim Middle School Hawks eighth-grade boys varsity basketball team traveled to Snoqualmie Middle School last week where they defeated the Eagles 35-15. The Hawks used an aggressive defense to put the clamps on the Eagles. Tyson Riley led the effort offensively with 10 points, while Joey Evans dropped in eight points. Chad Billings had two points, Spencer MacEwan had five points, Zach Brevick had four points, Brian Johnson had two points, Alex Hiebert had two steals, Mike Nelson had four points, Josh Snow had a steal and Zach Lindor had two points.
