Taking steps against breast cancer Snoqualmie woman is face of fundraiser

Snoqualmie resident and breast cancer survivor Michele Trumbull will lead her own force of supporters in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society planned for Sunday, Sept. 28 in Bellevues downtown park.
The 1990 Mount Si grad has twice faced and survived breast cancer, and is now promoting the upcoming walk to help find a cure and keep other women from going through what shes endured.
Trumbull was first diagnosed with breast cancer at age 25.
The experience, she said, was overwhelming.
