Snoqualmie author to hold MS book signings

Snoqualmie Valley author Patrick McIntyre will hold several upcoming signings for his book, "Bouncing Back from Multiple Sclerosis."
Signings are Friday, Nov. 6. The first session is 10:30 a.m. at the Snoqualmie Library and 1 p.m. at the Fall City Library.
McIntyre's book describes his efforts to learn about and deal with Multiple Sclerosis, or MS. The book lists his "Twelve Committments," steps for controlling the disease, including dietary rules, networking, prayer and meditation, and massage.
The book is available at King County libraries or through Amazon.com.
