Salish receives AAA awards

The Salish Lodge & Spa and Salish Dining Room were each one of the 24 Washington and northern Idaho establishments that AAA announced as the 2006 Four Diamond Award recipients.
"AAA Four Diamond rated facilities deliver superior personal service, first-class amenities and impressive surroundings," said Steve Pomranz, AAA Washington/Inland's vice president of travel services. "Staying or eating at one of these establishments is guaranteed to be an unforgettable experience."
Of the more than 57,000 lodgings and restaurants reviewed personally by AAA field inspectors, only 3.4 percent meet the rigorous standards needed to earn the esteemed AAA Four Diamond designation.
