Linfield College representative to visit local area

Jay Smith, associate director of admission from Linfield College, will visit high schools in this area.
He will meet with students and parents to discuss admission requirements, course offerings and financial aid offered through the college.
Linfield College is an independent, comprehensive undergraduate institution, recognized for its strong teaching faculty, outstanding academic programs and distinctive international emphasis. The college is located one hour south of Portland and offers 45 majors and three undergraduate degrees. Study abroad is combined with curricular and extracurricular programs.
His schedule is as follows:
Thursday, Oct. 29
• Mount Si High School, Snoqualmie - 7:40 a.m.
• Eastside Preparatory School, Kirkland - 9:30 a.m.
• Liberty High School, Renton - 1 p.m.
