The Mother of all Garage Sales
Apr 24 2009
You know spring has arrived in Kirkland when: a) You've gone sunbathing in the park in the past week, or; b) You've noshed on burgers and hot dogs at a "zero waste" neighborhood picnic, or; c) You bought a few paperbacks and scored a piece of art for a few bucks at the second annual Norkirk Garage Sale.
On Saturday, April 25 - in what is probably the biggest single garage sale in town - 34 homes are set to barter and trade away yesterday's belongings from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Maps with the locations of each home selling goods will be available to all.
For more information, call Virginia Woods at 425-827-7654.
