Conover Insurance hires McClellan, GBA

Conover Insurance announced that Aaron McClellan has joined the firm as an Account Executive in the Employee Benefits Division.

McClellan agrees that Employee Benefits and the multitude of available programs and plans can be complex and challenging to most clients.

He believes that his knowledge and experience in the industry will help him create solutions that will provide his clients with benefit plans designed to meet the goals of employers and the needs of their employees in an environment that is changing rapidly.

McClellan comes to Conover with over seven years of experience in employee benefits, commercial insurance and personal lines. He has owned his own business and worked with an actuary firm where he established HIPAA policies and set self-funding reserves. bers, and is a board member for Snohomish Youth Soccer and Kaisan Group.

Aaron graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and has earned the specialized designation of Group Benefits Analyst (GBA) of the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program. He is a licensed Washington State Insurance Broker in Life and Disability as well as Property and Casualty, and holds Series 63 and 65 financial credentials.
