A message of hope

Sep 24 2009

The African Children’s Choir will perform at 6:30 p.m., on Sunday, Oct. 4, at the Sammamish Presbyterian Church.

The choir is made up of some of the neediest and most vulnerable children from Uganda and Kenya, many who have lost one or both parents to poverty or disease.

The African Children’s Choir helps these children break away from the everyday cycle of poverty and hopelessness to show the world that its members, like the millions of abandoned and traumatized children in Africa, have beauty, dignity and unlimited potential.

There’s no admission, but donations will be taken to support the choir.
