Country music star a feature of ArtWalk, Friday night

Aug 06 2009

ArtWalk returns, from 5-9 p.m., tonight, Aug. 7, in downtown Issaquah and Gilman Village.

In addition to the outstanding local art and craft displays, the night will feature musical performances by Rae Solomon and Sarah Christine.

Solomon, a native of Enumclaw, has just returned from a whirlwind trip to the home of county music, Nashville, Tennessee, where she was recording a new album.

Tonight is your chance to catch Solomon before she becomes a big name in the country music scene.

There will also be Tango demonstrations and lessons, 7.30 p.m. at the Seniors Center. More information: www.downtownissaquah.com.
