Golf tips: Is your arm in a powerful position?

Check out the picture and make sure your right arm is in a powerful position as demonstrated. You can do this in front of a mirror or anywhere, anytime.

Most people I see that have trouble are nowhere near this position at the top of their swings with the right arm. Most try to reach to far or flat out get the arm or elbow behind there back. Make sure your hand and wrist is in the correct spot as well.

Every great player that has ever lived is exactly where I am here and this feels extremely short and not even close to normal for most golfers. Practice quite a bit without a club until this feels comfortable and then start hitting some balls, making sure you are indeed getting in this position.

Look for some great deals over the winter months and keep up with your game, inside if you have to. The last thing you want to do is start all over again if you have made progress this summer.
