Drivers can expect nighttime closures next week on I-405

Drivers should prepare for late night delays next week on I-405 in Bellevue as crews close lanes and ramps for construction work.

From Nov. 2-4, up to three lanes in each direction on I-405 will close nightly between 112th Avenue SE and SE Eighth Street. Lane closures are scheduled between 8 and 11 p.m. All lanes will be open by 5 a.m. the following morning..

On Nov. 2, the on-ramp from Coal Creek Parkway to northbound I-405 will close from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Crews will close the following ramps in the downtown Bellevue area:

On Nov. 2, the off-ramp from northbound I-405 to SE Eighth Street from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

From Nov. 2-4, the on-ramps from NE Fourth and Eighth streets to southbound I-405 nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next day. The on-ramp from SE Eighth Street to southbound I-405 nightly from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.

On Nov. 3, the off-ramps from northbound I-405 to NE Fourth and Eighth streets from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Crews will close the following ramps at the I-405/I-90 interchange:

On Nov. 3, the on-ramp from westbound I-90 to northbound I-405 from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. The on-ramp from eastbound I-90 to northbound I-405 from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

From Nov. 3-5, the off-ramp from southbound I-405 to eastbound I-90 will close nightly from 10:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.

On Nov. 5, the on-ramp from westbound I-90 to southbound I-405 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
