Nearly a year after voters approved an initiative to expand Sound Transit's Link Light Rail system to the Eastside, skeptics are still criticizing the regional transit plan.
Bellevue developer Kemper Freeman is one of the primary opponents. In this video, Freeman squares off with Sound Transit board member Dow Constantine – a King County executive candidate and county councilmember – to debate the issues.
