New Marriott Hotel to open in Bellevue

Marriott International will open the 231-suite Residence Inn Seattle Bellevue/Downtown by Marriott in Bellevue on Monday, Oct. 27. Located at 605 114th Ave. S.E., the Residence Inn is adjacent to Mercer Slough Nature Park and 16 miles from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Rates vary depending on length of stay.

Residence Inns are designed as all suite hotels that offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Designed for stays of five nights or more, each suite has a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave oven, full-sized appliances and free high-speed Internet access featuring fiber-optic cabling. The hotel offers daily housekeeping, complimentary grocery shopping services and same-day dry cleaning.

A complimentary hot breakfast buffet is available each morning in the lobby area. Other hotel facilities and services include an indoor heated lap pool, a fitness center, weeknight social hour, Starbuck’s Café and a techno-lounge featuring the newest and best of Microsoft’s technology. The facility also offers 3,100 square feet of functional meeting space.

The Residence Inn Seattle Bellevue/Downtown hotel is owned by Miller Global Properties, LLC and managed by Marriott International, Inc.
