A 25-year-old woman from Bellevue who fell to her death from a balcony has been identified as Chelsea Marie Howe.

Howe, 25, died after she fell two floors from a condominium balcony in Sheboygan, Wisc., police said.

Police say the woman apparently fell about 20 feet while trying to climb from a balcony to the roof of a condo.

When officers arrived, they found Howe on the ground with severe head injuries, without a pulse and not breathing.

Police say Howe apparently wanted to get a better view of the city and tried to climb onto the roof, when she slipped, struck a rain gutter and then fell onto concrete below on her back, striking her head against the pavement.
