Parent Coaching Institute accepting applications

The Parent Coaching Institute (PCI), a Bellevue-based nationwide non-profit, is now accepting applications for its fall program. The PCI offers a one-year, distance learning graduate certificate program for parent coaching, in collaboration with Seattle Pacific University.
Applicant requirements include a completed undergraduate degree and at least two years of experience working with parents. The first 12 completed applications received by August 15 will receive a $500 tuition discount.

Students in the PCI’s Parent Coach Certification Training Program typically include teachers, social workers, parent educators, counselors, and health workers.
