Fireworks dance above the Bellevue Philharmonic Orchestra during last year’s Independence Day celebration at Bellevue Downtown Park, 10201 N.E. Fourth St. This year’s event, which runs from 2 to 10:30 p.m., will include family entertainment, a flyover and live music in the park.
