Bellevue Business: Movers & Shakers | Nov. 19

Jerry W. Schwartz has been appointed to the Board of Governors at City University of Seattle. He is director of Microsoft’s Office of International Affairs in Redmond.

City University of Seattle is headquartered in Bellevue.

Denny Cearns has been promoted to office manager of David Evans and Associates, Inc.’s Bellevue office. Since joining DEA in 2007, Cearns has been working as the regional transportation leader for the firm’s Puget Sound offices.

Cearns has been involved in public infrastructure development for more than 30 years.

John C. Peick has successfully completed the Certified in Healthcare Compliance Examination, thus earning the “CHC” designation.

Peick, a Bellevue attorney, is co-founder of the Bellevue law firm of Peick | Conniff, P.S. The firm is located at 1813 – 115th Ave NE and has offices in Tacoma and Spokane.

Banner Bank has added VP/Client Manager Andrew Tubb to their team at the Bellevue Corporate Banking office.

Prior to joining Banner Bank, Tubb worked for U.S. Bank, West One Bank and GE Capital. He is a graduate of the University of Washington and Western Washington University.
